Let customers book appointments from your website, day or night — no phone call, no back-and-forth. Woofpos gives you three ways to put booking on your site: a hosted page you link to, an inline embed, and a floating "Book now" button. All three lead to the same booking flow and drop appointments straight onto your calendar.
What you can do
- Turn online booking on or off with one switch.
- Share a hosted booking URL (
/book/your-business) to link from anywhere. - Embed the booking form inline on your own site with a copy-paste iframe.
- Add a floating button that opens booking in a pop-up — customizable label, color, and corner.
- Choose a theme — Soft, Clean, or Vibrant — and preview it live.
How to turn it on
- Go to Settings → Scheduling widget.
- Click Turn on. The status flips to Live, and your hosted booking URL appears.
If you don't see a subdomain, contact support — your business needs one assigned before the public page can go live.
The three ways to add booking to your site
1. Hosted page (easiest)
Copy the Hosted booking URL and link to it from your website's "Book now" button, your social bios, or an email. Woofpos hosts the page for you.
2. Inline embed
Set a width and height, copy the iframe snippet, and paste it into your site where you want the form to appear inline.
3. Floating button
Set a label ("Book now"), a color, and a position (bottom-right or bottom-left), then copy the one-line script. It drops a booking bubble into the corner of your site that opens the form in a modal.
How to set the theme
- With the widget Live, find the Theme · Preview control.
- Pick Soft, Clean, or Vibrant.
- The live preview updates instantly so you can match your brand.
Tips & best practices
- Set staff schedules first. The widget only offers times when a qualified staff member is actually available — see Staff scheduling.
- Get your services right. Customers pick from your reservation types and add-ons, so name them clearly.
- Pause, don't delete. Slammed during the holidays? Toggle the widget off and existing links go quiet until you flip it back on.
- Match the theme to your site. Preview Soft/Clean/Vibrant against your brand before you publish.
