Add-on services
Plan: Included · Where: Manage → Add-ons · Who uses it: admins (requires the reservation-type permission)
Add-on services are the extras that ride along with a main service — nail trim, teeth brushing, de-shed treatment, ear cleaning, a spritz of cologne. They let you build the core reservation type lean and upsell the details, while keeping your menu clean.
What you can do
- Create add-on services with their own name and price.
- Add options to a service for variants and upgrades (e.g., a de-shed tier by coat size).
- See usage stats for a service so you know what's selling.
- Attach add-ons to appointments at booking time.
How to create an add-on
- Go to Manage → Add-ons.
- Click + New add-on.
- Set the name and price.
- Save.
How to add options to a service
Options are variants or upgrades within a single add-on.
- Open the add-on from the list.
- In its options section, add each variant with a name and any price adjustment.
- Save. The options appear when staff or customers select that add-on.
Tips & best practices
- Upsell the extras. Keeping the base groom simple and offering nail trims, teeth brushing, and de-shed as add-ons makes it easy to grow the average ticket.
- Use options instead of duplicate add-ons. One "De-shed" add-on with Small / Medium / Large options is cleaner than three separate services.
- Watch the stats. Use a service's usage to spot your best-selling extras and prune the ones nobody books.

Title: Sell the extras — add-on services Length: ~70s
[Open on Manage → Add-ons.]
"Your big services live in reservation types. The little money-makers live here, in add-ons — nail trims, teeth brushing, de-shed, ear cleaning.
[Click + New add-on.] Create one with a name and a price, save, and it's ready to attach to any booking.
[Open an add-on, add options.] Got variants? Add options — say, De-shed for Small, Medium, and Large coats, each with its own price bump — instead of cluttering your menu with three separate services.
[Show stats on a service.] And because every add-on tracks usage, you can see what's actually selling and double down on it.
[Cut to the booking flow with add-ons shown.] At booking — front desk or online — the extras are right there to tack on. Small adds, bigger tickets."
