Tips & best practices
- Brand first. Set your logo and colors early so every customer touchpoint — booking page, emails, receipts — looks like you from day one.
- Keep hours honest. Your hours and staff schedules together determine what's bookable; mismatches cause confusion.
- Settings is permission-gated. Only groups with the settings permission can change these — see Staff & permissions.

[Open on Settings.]
"Woofpos should feel like your shop, not generic software. Settings is where you make that happen.
[Open Brand, upload a logo, pick colors.] Start with Brand — drop in your logo, choose your colors. That branding carries everywhere: your booking page, your emails, your receipts.
[Open Hours and Location.] Set your hours and confirm your location so your customer-facing pages and your scheduling stay accurate.
[Open Booking.] Tune your booking policy — the rules for how appointments get made.
[Open Receipts.] And customize what customers see on their receipt.
[Pan the settings menu, hover Alerts / Scheduling widget / Marketing.] From here you also launch the big features — notifications, online booking, email marketing — each with its own quick setup.
A few minutes in Settings, and the whole experience looks and works like your business."
